1、Order Cancellation

·         You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the items have not yet been shipped.

·         If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.


2、After-Sales Service Period

·         If you receive a defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

·         You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of the date marked as "Delivered" by the logistics carrier.

·         Requests submitted beyond these timeframes cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.


3、How to Apply for Returns & Exchanges
Please click the "Customer Service" icon in the lower right corner of the website to contact our online support team and provide the following information:

·         Contact Email Address

·         Description of the issue with the item

·         📸 Tip: Please include photos of the item (showing the issue and the packaging) when submitting your request to help us resolve your issue promptly.

We will provide you with the return address and relevant instructions after reviewing your application.


4、Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure product quality and integrity for resale, items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return/exchange:

1.    Unused: No signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use.

2.    Tags Attached: Original tags, security tags, etc., must be intact and undetached.

3.    Packaging Intact: Original packaging (e.g., dust bags, gift boxes) must be preserved in good condition.

4.    Good Condition: Free from stains, odors, or any other man-made damage.

To protect the shopping experience of other customers, we may be unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


5、Return & Exchange Process

Return Process:

1.    Contact customer service to submit an application.

2.    Provide your order information and photos of the item.

3.    After approval, customer service will provide the return address and instructions.

4.    The buyer chooses a suitable shipping method and bears the return shipping costs (including any taxes and customs clearance fees).

5.    After the warehouse receives and verifies the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Exchange Process:

1.    Contact customer service to submit an exchange application.

2.    Provide the size, color, and specifications for the replacement item.

3.    Customer service will confirm stock availability and arrange the exchange; if the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a solution.


6、Refund Instructions

·         Once the warehouse receives and verifies the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The time for the refund to reach you depends on your payment method:

·         Credit Card: The refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 7 business days (actual posting time depends on your card issuer).

·         PayPal: The refund will be returned to your PayPal account within 48 hours of processing.


7、Return Shipping & Costs

·         The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including international logistics taxes and customs clearance fees.

·         Please ensure you select a shipping method that covers customs clearance services and related fees, and keep the tracking information safe.

·         We do not accept any collect/cash-on-delivery return shipments.

·         Customized products, intimate apparel, accessories, and special clearance items generally cannot be returned or exchanged (if applicable, such items will be marked on the product page).

·         Please double-check the items before shipping your return. We are not responsible for returns that contain items not originally purchased from us.
